Once a claim is filed, a team member will reach out to you within one day to collect any necessary information to aid in repairing or replacing your device.

If the device you are looking for isn’t in stock at our store, our Genius Surplus Online service offers a variety of device options including MacBook’s, iPhones, Samsung’s, desktops, laptops, and more. Genius Surplus has locations throughout the country to find the device of your choice!
